At Industry Beans, we take pride in the quality of our specialty coffee and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on hardware and exchanges for coffee products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure items are in their original packaging; coffee bags must be unopened to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Securely pack your items and send them to our Melbourne roastery using a tracked shipping service.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection

    Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
